• • “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dipuravana Rentals, a car rental and tour package service provider registered in Sri Lanka under the business name of Dipuravana Travels (Pvt) Ltd.

• • “Website” refers to our website located at www.dipuravana.lk, including all its pages, content, features, and functionality.

• • “Services” refer to our car rental and tour package services that we offer through our website or other channels.

• • “Booking” refers to the reservation of a car or a tour package through our website or other channels.

• • “Car” refers to the vehicle that we provide to you as part of our services, whether with or without a driver.

• • “Driver” refers to the person who drives the car that we provide to you as part of our services, whether employed by us or by a third-party car rental company.

• • “Tour Package” refers to the pre-designed or customized itinerary that we provide to you as part of our services, including the car, the driver, the accommodation, the attractions, and any other inclusions or exclusions.

• • “Partner” refers to any third-party entity that we work with to provide you with our services, such as car rental companies, travel agencies, loyalty programs, payment processors, review platforms, etc.

Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website:

• • In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• • In any way that infringes or violates the rights of any person or entity, such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, etc.

• • In any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• • In any way that interferes with or disrupts the normal functioning of our website or services, such as introducing viruses, malware, bots, spam, etc.

We reserve the right to monitor your use of our website and to take any appropriate actions if we suspect any violation of these Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time and without notice if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

Booking of our services

You can book our services through our website or other channels. To book our services, you need to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and your travel plans. You also need to pay the required fees and charges in advance or as agreed. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary documents and permissions to travel in Sri Lanka, such as a passport, visa, driver’s license, insurance, etc.

When you book our services, you enter into a contract with us and accept our terms and conditions as well as those of our partners who are involved in providing you with our services. You also agree to follow our policies and guidelines as well as those of our partners regarding the use of our services. You are liable for any damages or losses that you may cause to us or our partners due to your negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking at any time and without notice if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or if there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing you with our services. We will try to inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative solution or a refund if applicable.

Cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel your booking at any time before your travel date by contacting us by email or phone. However, you may be subject to cancellation fees depending on when you cancel your booking. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• • If you cancel more than 30 days before your travel date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

• • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your travel date, you will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

• • If you cancel less than 15 days before your travel date, you will not receive any refund.

We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used to make your booking.

We may also cancel your booking at any time before your travel date if there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing you with our services, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, etc. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative solution or a full refund.

Liability and disclaimer

We are not liable for any damages or losses that you may suffer or incur as a result of using our website or services, except to the extent that such damages or losses are caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for any damages or losses that are caused by:

• • Your own actions or omissions, such as providing inaccurate or incomplete information, violating these Terms and Conditions, failing to comply with the laws or regulations of Sri Lanka, etc.

• • The actions or omissions of our partners, such as providing defective or unsatisfactory services, canceling or modifying your booking, violating their own terms and conditions, etc.

• • The actions or omissions of third parties, such as other travelers, drivers, hotel staff, attraction operators, etc.

• • The events or circumstances that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, etc.

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate at all times. We do not guarantee that our website or services will meet your expectations or requirements. We do not guarantee that the information or content on our website or services is complete, reliable, current, or correct. We do not endorse or recommend any of our partners or their products or services. We do not assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, suitability, legality, or availability of our partners’ products or services.

You use our website and services at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for any damages or losses you may suffer or incur from using our website or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from your use of our website or services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
